She was born Aug. 22, 1936, in Charleston, a daughter of the late Lewis Steven and Birdie Jane Taylor.
She was retired from the nursing profession with over 30 years of service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Gilbert Aliff, and sons, Milton Aliff, Robert Lee Aliff and Nevie A. Aliff.
She is survived by her special little dog, Reggie; three daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Aliff, Katherine Sue Aliff Bevel and Katie Lea Aliff; two sons, Milton Gilbert Aliff Jr. and David Wayne Aliff; two brothers, Clyde Taylor and Ray Taylor; nine grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, at the Church of God of Prophecy, Sylvester, with Pastor Joe Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Cemetery, Orgas.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church.
