BLUEFIELD – Kathleen Lenora Taylor Bailey Hager, 72, of 705 Old Bramwell Road, Bluefield, died Thursday, March 25, 1993 at her home.
Born on February 27, 1921 in War Eagle, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Martha Mae Gravley Taylor.
She had been a resident of Bluefield for 36 years, was retired from New Method Laundry in Bluefield, Va., and attended the Brushfork Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Dott Bailey and Alfred G. Hager; one brother, Gerald Taylor; one sister, Lorraine Lockhart Nelson; and two grandsons.
Survivors: son, Norman (Sam) Bailey of North Wilkesboro, N.C.; daughters, Trula Cisco, Betty Gibberson, Jenny Bowles, and Shelia Boyles, all of Bluefield; brother, William H. Taylor of Bluefield; sisters, Mary Cline and Josephine Thomason, both of Isaban and Patricia Hendrix of Reynoldsburg, Oh.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with the Rev. Bob Hogan officiating.
Burial will be at the Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
