Mildred Elenora Baade, age 95, of McLoud, OK, was born August 19, 1920, in Canby, MN. She was the daughter of Clyde Arnett & Bertha Viola (Armstrong) Tilbury. She left this life on Monday, November 9, 2015, in McLoud, OK.
Mildred married Herbert G. Baade, on June 24, 1943, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a homemaker and enjoyed being a teacher's assistant for five years. Mildred was a member of AARP, OHEC, Eastern Star and the McLoud United Methodist Church. She was a past officer for the Pottawatomie County OHEC and past worthy Matron for the Eastern Star. Mildred was a Sunday School teacher and very active with United Methodist Women at the McLoud United Methodist Church for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Herbert, two infant sons, 3 brothers, Clarence, Arthur & Harold Tilbury and sister, Della McCormick.
Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law; 2 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at the First United Methodist Church, McLoud, OK. Interment will follow at McLoud Riverside Cemetery, McLoud, OK.
