Janet E. Todd, 58 of Owensboro, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born on March 29, 1954, in Owensboro to the late Robert "Louis" Payne and her surviving mother Lucille Chamberlain Payne. She enjoyed baking, gardening, fishing but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother Larry Payne. Including her mother she is survived by her husband James "Jim" Todd; three sons, William Todd and his fiancé Renee Hillard of Livermore, Michael Cauley of Frankfort, Shaun Cauley of Indianapolis, Ind.; a daughter, Teresa Oliver of Owensboro; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four brothers, Jeff, Bobby, Raymond and Danny Payne; four sisters, Becky Locke, Renee Erich, Wilma Campbell and Patricia Campbell. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at the Chapel of Peace in Rosehill Cemetery with Pastor Thomas Webb officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10 to 11:00 a.m. at Haley-McGinnis and Owensboro Funeral Home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Janet E. Todd Memorial Fund, c/o Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home, 519 Locust Street, Owensboro, KY 42301. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
