"Mrs. Todd was known as a woman of strong personality. She was a writer for several well-known magazines in this country. She was an active member of the D. A. R., and for two years was Regent of the State of Kentucky. Besides her husband, three children, Misses Rosa and Frances Todd and Mr. Stuart Todd, survive her."
