Carol C. (Peterson) Toto of Manchester, N.H., a retired mechanical inspector, died Wednesday in her home. She was 63.
Born and raised in Lynn, Mrs. Toto attended Essex Agricultural School in Danvers.
She was employed for many years as a precision mechanical inspector for several major defense contractors including Raytheon, Sylvania and General Electric. At GE, she also worked as a sign painter and engraver.
Mrs. Toto was a talented craft maker.
