Pauline (Towns) Patterson Garrison

Pauline Towns Patterson Garrison, 93, of Helena, died Monday, August 11, 2014, at Coliseum Medical Center, Macon. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, August 16, at McRae United Methodist Church with burial in the Midway Church Cemetery.
Pauline was a native and lifelong resident of Telfair County, born October 26, 1920, the daughter of the late Arthur and Lucy Spires Towns. Number eight of eleven children, she was a long time employee of Roydon Wear as well as a nursing assistant at Telfair County Hospital for many years, doing what she did best. Her best was evidenced in the care, love and support that she gave to all, including her two husbands, Frank Patterson and Lock Garrison, through their long and critical illnesses, as well as her son, Jimmy Patterson, who all have preceded her in death.
