Autumn Birdsong , age 94, of Benton, KY, died Friday, February 27, 2015, at her residence in Benton, KY. She was a member of the Benton Church of Christ and a past member Marshall County Hospital Women's Auxillary Club.
She was the daughter of the late Genie and Lois (Starks) Trimble.
She is survived by one son, Roger Birdsong of Gilbertsville, KY; one daughter-in-law; Ann Birdsong of Benton, KY; two grandchildren; Mitzi Donohoo and husband Edwin and Terry Birdsong and wife Melissa; three great grandchildren; Sawyer Donohoo and wife Stephanie, Shelby Donohoo and Hastings Birdsong.
She is preceded in death by her husband: William Mason Birdsong; two sons; Donald Birdsong and Gerald W. Birdsong, daughter in law; Sherry Birdsong; four brothers: Eull Trimble, Loman Trimble, Eugene "Red" Trimble and Fred Trimble; one sister; Joy Trimble Canup and great grandson Blaze Birdsong.
Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY where family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M. onMarch 1, 2015 at the Collier Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 3:30 P.M. on March 1, 2015 at the Collier Funeral Home. Officiateing will be Gary Knuckles.
Interment will be at Edwards Cemetery, Benton, KY.
