Shortly after 5 o'clock on Monday afternoon, death came suddenly to Nancy E Bice, who resided with her family on Ashville Road in St. Clair County, Al. She is survived by her husband and 7 children. Within two hours of the time of her death, Mrs. Bice appeared to be in perfect health and chatted pleasantly with the Mail Carrier as he delivered the mail to her residence. Soon thereafter, she prepared supper for the family and directly after it had been eaten, she fell to the floor dead. The funeral took place on Wednesday morning, the interment being in the Box Cemetery. (St Clair County News)
