Mrs. Barker was born June 22, 1929 in Flint, the daughter of Otto Lee and Edna May (Siegle) Turnbull. She has resided in Owosso for the past 20 plus years coming from Swartz Creek/Flint. She was a member of Owosso Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are 3 children, Rebecca Hammond of Harrison, Brenda Nidefski of Durand, and Gregory James and wife Connie Griffin of Belleville, IL; 5 grandchildren; sister Lela and husband John Snell of Durand; brother Glen and wife Ruth Turnbull of Flint plus several nieces and nephews.
