Judy, age 82, died at Virtua Hospital in Marlton after a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of Alfred and Ilona (Klein) Ungar. Her father was killed in the Holocaust at the Buchenwald Concentration Camp. At age 16, she escaped from a death march to the camp at Auschwitz, returning to live with her mother and sister in Budapest after World War II. She received her medical degree from Pazmany Peter University where she completed her internship and residency in Otolaryngology (ENT Surgery). After serving in the Hungarian Revolution in 1956, she immigrated to the US in 1957. She married William J. Geissele in 1964 at St. Lucy's Church in Blue Anchor in England. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her sister, Georgina. She is survived by her her children, Dr. Alfred Geissele, William Geissele, and Gigi Kelly, and eight grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Lucy's Church. Entombment was in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
