CLAIR MONROE WAGNER,
53, husband of Sara Orr Wagner of Creekside R.D. 1 passed away on Saturday, July 17, 1965 at 9:30 a.m. in the University Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, where he had been a patient since last Tuesday.
A son of Frank R. and Anna Mae McCurdy Wagner he was born March 29, 1912 in Washington township, Indiana County, where he resided all of his life.
Mr. Wagner had been employed by the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company and was a member of Ford City Local 14 of the United Glass and Ceramic Workers of North America.
In addition to his wife mentioned above, he is survived by a son, James M. Wagner, with the United States Army, presently stationed at Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii; two daughters: Mrs. Eugene(Geraldine)McGee, of Punxsutawney, and Linda Kay, at home; two brothers: Norman D. of Creekside R.D. 1 and Frank N., of Sagamore; a sister, Mrs. Homer R.(Grace)Fairman of Four States, W.Va.; and four grandchildren.
Friends may pay their respect from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Robinson-Lytle's in Indiana where Pastor Roy S. Shultz will conduct services on Tuesday at 3 p.m. Interment will be made in the Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
