David R. Wagner, 55, of Homer City (Buffington Township), died Saturday, May 18, 2002, at UPMC Lee Regional. He was born Nov. 26, 1946, in Climax, a son of Alfred Peter and Thelma Marie (Myers) Wagner. Mr. Wagner was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Duane Boring VFW Post 9310, Robinson. He worked as a truck driver for M&C Trucking in Seward. Mr. Wagner is survived by his wife of more than 28 years, the former Joyce Cramer; a son and a daughter: Janet and husband, David Heming, Graham, N.C.; and John and fiancee, Deanne Redilla, Homer City; three grandchildren: Christopher and Katherine Yarnal and Brody Wagner; a sister, Sally Carns, Las Vegas; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, George "Bus" and Robert Wagner; and his sister, Delores Miller. Services were held Wednesday at the Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home in Armagh, with the Rev. Dwayne Burfield officiating. Interment followed in the Germany Lutheran Cemetery, and a local veterans organization will conduct military gravesite rites.
