Death of Herman A. Wagner
   Herman A. Wagner of 215 Scott street, one of the oldest residents of the East End, died yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock after a brief illness of heart trouble. Mr. Wagner was aged 62 years and 2 months and for the past thirty-two years was a valued employee of the Lehigh Valley railroad, following the occupation of a machinist.
   Mr. Wagner was born in Eberstadt by Darmstass, Germany, on Dec, 22, 1847, and came to this country when but eighteen years of age. He was a loving husband, indulgent father and a good neighbor and was held in high esteem by all his acquaintances.
   The deceased is survived by his wife and the following children: John A. of Sayre, Fred A. of the United States navy, Mrs. T. A Winder of Durham, N. C., Herman E. of Wilkes-Barre, William P. of Parsons, Minnie and Gussie at home. One brother, Frederick Wagner of 95 Lockhart street, city, also survives..
