She was an avid bingo player, a lover of butterflies and she greatly enjoyed music and dancing. She treasured each and every moment with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Shippensburg VFW and the American Legion.
She is survived by one son: Rickey D. Bechtel & his wife Wendy of York Haven; seven daughters: Shonna L. Bechtel & her former partner Ray Bair of Shippensburg, Yvonne M. Bechtel & her fiancé Harry Nicholson of Enhaut, Monnica D. Sellers & her husband Cale of St. Thomas, Torinna K. Cummings & her husband Dale of Chambersburg, Nichole R. Lane & her husband Ross of Chambersburg, Heather K. Bechtel & her companion Brad Roach of Hagerstown, MD, Yvette D. DeLamater & her boyfriend Christopher McBeth of Shippensburg; one brother: Donn Criely, Sr. of Middle Paxton Twp.; one former husband: Michael R. DeLamater of Columbus, OH; 11 grandchildren & five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one nephew: Johnny Criely and several grandchildren.
All are welcome to a viewing on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. & on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at the Myers – Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 37 E. Main St., Mech., PA, 17055. Pastor Richard Feeser will officiate with burial immediately following at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg, PA.
