MRS. MARGARET J. EDMISTON

Widow of Elijah Edmiston and a resident of 534 North Third street, Bellwood, for the past twenty-seven years, died yesterday noon of cerebral hemorrhage, at her home. She was born Oct. 5, 1862, at Grazierville, and was first married to Calvin Mothersbaugh, who died forty-five years ago. Her second husband, Elijah Emiston, died June 20, 1925. Surviving are one son and three daughters, W.E. Mothersbaugh of Flinton, Mrs. W.M. Hopkins, Mrs. Lulu Waite and Mrs. A.D. Root, twenty-two grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters, James Waite of Grazierville, John Waite and Mrs. Thomas Shelow of Tyrone, and Mrs. Edward McFarland of Turtle Creek. Mrs. Edmiston was a member of the United Brethren church for many years and a member of the Daughters of Liberty. Funeral services will be held in the Bellwood United Brethren church at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. C.H. Rhodes, former pastor, and Rev. J.H. Moses, pastor, officiating. Interment will be made in Logan Valley cemetery.
