Madeline Walker Bonham, 70, of 76 Reeves Road, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at her home.
A native and resident most of her life of Buncombe County, she was a member of Leicester Baptist Church.
Mrs. Bonham was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Walker and Onita Beam Walker and was also preceded in death by her brother, Arthur Walker and nephew, Roger Walker.
Surviving are her husband whom she married October 16, 1968, of the home; one daughter, one son, four grandchildren, four sisters, one sister-in-law, of Asheville and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Leicester Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Ellege officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
