Evelyn W. WALTARI 84 years old, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2002. She was born in Towner County, North Dakota, on April 13, 1918.
She is survived by sisters Sevia (Arne) Waltari of Edmonds, Dorothy Tolppi of Minnesota, Donna (Edward) Mackey of Florida, and Marcella (Aaro) Karvonen of Redmond, sister-in-law Naomi Carlson of Seattle, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Toiva Waltari in 1963, and by her parents John and Annie Carlson and her brother Reynold Carlson.
Funeral Service Tuesday, October 8, 2002 at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Rd., Lynnwood, 425-672-1800. Memorials to Seattle Laestadian Lutheran Church.
