Joyce Arlene Bailey, age 82 years, 5 months, 28 days, of Fort Gratiot, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013 in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. She was born September 29, 1930 in Port Huron to the late William and Jennie Watson. They moved to Avoca in December where she resided until she was married on October 20, 1950 to V. Wayne Bailey in the Avoca United Methodist Church.
Joyce worked at Woman's Life Insurance Society for over 40 years retiring in February 1995. She attended the Avoca United Methodist Church all her life and belonged to the Women's Society Christian Service. She remained active with Review #1 activities and enjoyed bowling and euchre with the seniors.
She is survived by:
