Mrs. Helen M. Weber, 78, of 219 Park Ave., Ephrata, died in Ephrata
Community Hospital at 10 a.m. Monday after a lengthy illness.

The wife of Enos B. Weber, she was employed at two silk mills in
Ephrata, the Westerhoff and Stunzi mills, before retiring 12 years ago.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Ephrata,
and the Rough and Tumble Engineers Historical Association, Kinzers.

She was born in Engleside, West Lampeter Township, a daughter of the
late Walter and Esther Buckwalter Myers.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a foster father, Silas Gehman, Bowmansville; a son, Donald E., Ephrata; seven grandchildren; a sister, Myrtle, wife of George Trego, Gap; and a brother, Claude Myers, Fort Orange, Fla.
