Peggy was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Benedict, Jr. for 52 years; devoted mother of Terri A. Staines and her husband Mark and Karen M. Kleinfeld; loving daughter of Helen L. Welk and the late Walter G. Welk; sister of Phyllis Spring, Sharon Nicholson, Jim Welk, Shelby Thompson and the late Walter Welk.
