CORDELIUS WHITE COWSERT, 80, of Greencastle, Ind., formerly of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Sunday in Greencastle. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in National Cemetery. Mrs. Cowsert, the widow of Thomas Herschel Cowsert, leaves a daughter, Pamela Tomsky of Carbon, Texas; two sons, Thomas Cowsert of Greencastle and Jeff Cowsert of Illinois; a sister, Wanda Castleman of Southaven, 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
