Felicia departed this life on Wednesday night, January 2, 2002, at the early age of 45, in Port Huron, MI. She was born September 9, 1956 in Detroit, MI, to the late Frank and Barbara Jean (McMillan) Williams.
Felicia found Christ at an early age and became a member of the St. Paul A.M.E. Church, where she later began working as a Secretary. She was very astute in her academics while expeditious and professional in the clerical arena. After graduating from Port Huron High School in 1974, and employed at Consumers Power, she graduated from St. Clair Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She then attended Western Michigan University and Alabama State University. She united in holy matrimony to Thomas Chisolm in 1980 and moved to New Jersey in 1982. While residing there, she was employed at the Atlantic Times as an Administrative Secretary. She returned to Port Huron, MI in 1984, and earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Felicia was so resolute with higher education to the extent that she recently earned her Masters Degree from Baker College. Although distressed with many tragedies, she remained in good spirits with family and friends. Nicknamed "Kitty" as a child, she was a quiet, fun and respectful young lady, and was a responsible individual. Some relatives called her "Betty Boop".
She loved to go shopping, listen to music, dance, roller skating and watching TV.

Maternally, she was the granddaughter of the late William Emory McMillan Sr. and Gustava (Manley) McMillan Jones. She was the step granddaughter of Cleveland Jones, all of Port Huron.
Her younger sister, Ramona G. Williams, preceded her in death on December 4, 2000.

Felicia leaves to cherish her memories two brothers, Kirk D. Williams, of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Frank V. Williams of Port Huron; two sisters, Sonja J. Jones of Colorado Springs, CO and Tracey I. Myers of Port Huron. She also helped raise her cousin Kenya Faulkner Lewis. She also leaves her maternal Aunts Mary (Ollie) Mitchell, Bloomfield Hills and Ruby Patterson of Detroit, and Uncles Charles, William Jr., Arthur (Virginia), Ernest Lee, Carlton (Delois) McMillan..thirteen nieces and nephews, and a host of other friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by a nephew, Aaron Faulkner, Uncle Edward (Crook)McMillan; Aunts Lena (Shugg) Edwards and Kay Faulkner, and cousins; Bernie Edwards, Arthur Jr. (Big Boy) and Edward McMillan (Little Boy) (identical twin brothers); Ollie Jr. and Brad Mitchell, and a special cousin Terri Patterson.
