Mrs. Ann Reynolds, the widow of the late Squire John Reynolds, of Hardin township, passed away this morning at 4 o'clock at the old home near Windham, where she has lived for the past fifty years. Death was due to the infirmities of old age.
Ann Williams was born in County Longford, Ireland, March 25, 1829. At the age of fifteen she crossed the ocean alone to meet a sister in Brooklyn, where at the age of 22 she was married to the late John Reynolds. To this union were born 10 children, three dying in infancy. The eldest son, James Franc[i]s died on Christmas day, 1879, and Thomas in March 1906. The remaining children are Mrs. Jas. McCabe of Williamsburg, Mrs. E.O. Buck of Windham, Mrs. F.H. Kisor, Kalona, Teresa at home, and John F. Reynolds of West Lucas township. There are also 12 grand-children and 11 great grand-children
