Nicholas J. Bailey died at his home in St. Paul at 5 o'clock yesterday morning of pneumonia. He was eighty one years of age and was one of the oldest Odd Fellows in the State. He was born in Butler County Ohio in 1823 and moved to St. Paul when he was thirteen years of age. Mr. Baily was at one time a commissioner in Shelby county and was oneof the most prominent farmers in that county. His funeral services will be conducted by the I.O.O.F. Lodge of St. Paul and will be held in the M.E. church at 10:30 tomorrow morning.
