BLAIR, Gladys 84, of Bellbrook, passed away Friday April 23, 2010 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She was born March 29, 1926 to the late Pearlie (Rigsby) and the late Clark Montgomery. Gladys was a member of the Bellbrook Community Church for 38 years and its Young at Heart Group. She retired from General Motors Truck & Bus Plant where she worked as an assembler. She was preceded in death by her daughter Brenda, brothers Beecher, Marvin, Cecil, and Frank Montgomery. Gladys is survived by her three sons Phil of Bellbrook, Tom & wife Leigh of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Rick & wife Gail of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, one daughter Regena Balazs of Bellbrook, six grandchildren Katie, Emily, Maggie, Jennifer, Maria and Andrew, one brother Don Montgomery & wife Bernice of Ashland, Kentucky, two sisters-in-law Wilma & Nelaveen Montgomery, and dear friend Carol Roe. The family will receive friends Monday April 26 from 6-8 pm at Conner & Koch Funeral Home, 92 W. Franklin St. (S.R. 725), Bellbrook. Funeral services Tuesday 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Brown officiating. Interment in Bellbrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45420 or The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 105 W. Fourth Street, Ste. 400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
