"Edward Curtis Fisk was born near Libertyville, Jefferson county, Ia., December 7, 1850, died at his home near Bidwell, Aug. 8, 1900, aged 49 years, 8 months and 10 days. In 1867 he came with his parents to Wapello county, where he has made his home ever since. On the 18th of March, 1879, he was united in marriage to Dollie Jones. To this union were born six children, four daughters and two sons: Libbie, Nora, Archie, Bessie, Hallie and Ray, all of whom with their mother are left to mourn the loss of husband and father."
