The funeral of Frank Jackson was held from the 2nd Baptist church Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 in charge of Rev. Porter. There was a large attendance and a number of beautiful floral offerings. The pall bearers were David Chandler, Tet Barnes, Andrew Henson, James Buka, John Miles and Henry Payne.
The remains were laid to rest beneath a beautiful mound of flowers in Rose Hill. Those here to attend the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Robinson, Mrs. Fred Robinson and William Robinson of Indianapolis, Dr. Jerry Jackson of Evanston, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Wm Anderson of Selma, Alabama were unable to attend the funeral on the account of Mr. Anderson's illness.
