EDWARD MALY
Edward Maly, 89, of 1014 School St., Manitowoc, died Thursday morning
at Family Heritage Home, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Schneider –
Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Maly was born April 24, 1885, in the Town of Gibson, son of the
late Wencil and Mary Yanda Maly. He married Julia Rezba in 1911 at
Manitowoc. They farmed in the Town of Gibson until 1946 when they
moved to Francis Creek, where they lived until 1967. Mr. Maly had
been employed at Manitowoc Farmco Co-op, Francis Creek, for eight
years and at Eggers Plywood Co., Two Rivers, for seven years.
Survivors include his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Peterik, of
Manitowoc and four grandchildren, Tom and Nancy Peterik, of Madison,
Dorothy LaFleur, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Rod (Barbara) Glaeser, of
Beaver Dam and nine great grandchildren. An infant son preceded him
in death.
