MILDRED MCCLELLAN
Mildred N. McClellan, age 96, formerly of 506 S. 31st St., Manitowoc, died Thursday morning, Nov. 7, 2002 at River's Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 1130 S. Ninth St., Manitowoc. The Rev. Randy Richter will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Mildred was born April 30, 1906 in the town of Manitowoc Rapids, daughter of the late William and Mathilda Holschbach Pfefferkorn. She attended school in Manitowoc Rapids and Lincoln High School at Manitowoc. On Aug. 27, 1934 she was married to Kenneth McClellan in Illinois, he preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 1963. Mildred worked for Leist's IGA in Manitowoc for more than 40 years. She was a lifelong member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Survivors include nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Wesley United Methodist Church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. The Jens Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc is serving the McClellan family.
