Raymond K. Meisner, 80, formerly of 1201 Division St., Manitowoc, died Saturday, December 4, at Manitowoc Health Care Center.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. Glenn Unke will officiate and cremation to follow with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Meisner was born July 23, 1902, at Manitowoc, son of the late Henry and Elizabeth Strothoff Meisner. He attended Manitowoc schools. He married Lillian Pivonka in 1934 at Illinois. The couple returned to Manitowoc to make their home. Mr. Meisner was employed at First National Bank for 23 years as a bank teller and was later employed at Muchin Muchin Attorneys At Law. He was a member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Thomas R. Meisner of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and William Raby of Abrams, Wis.; a brother and sister-in-law, Herbert and Beth Meisner of California; a sister, Miss Edna Meisner of Manitowoc and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Jens Funeral Home and Crematory, Manitowoc, is in charge of funeral arrangements. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church.
