EDNA I. MILLER (d. 1963)
Mrs. Ferdinand Miller, 67, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, died Sunday morning at home
after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Manitowoc, the Rev. P.F. Uetzmann officiating. Burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The former Edna Schultz was born Oct. 17, 1896, in the Town of Manitowoc, daughter
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schultz. She was married to Ferdinand Miller June 24,
1922, at Two Rivers, and the couple farmed in rural Manitowoc ever since.
Survivors are her husband; a son, Herbert Miller of Two Rivers; a daughter, Miss
Florence Miller at home; and two sisters, Mrs. David Schurr of Manitowoc and Mrs.
Harvey Scheuer Sr., of Waukesha.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, until 10:30 a.m. Thursday when the body will be removed to the church
to lie in state until the hour of service.
