Nice.- Byron L., son of Jonas T. and Rebecca (Longanecker) Nice, was born in Roseland, Neb., Nov. 14, 1887; died at the Riverside Hospital, Newport News, Va., Mar. 9, 1972; aged 84 y. 3 m. 24 d. On June 6, 1925, he was married to Blanche Talbot, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons (Lloyd and Frank), 11 grandchildren, one sister (Mrs. Olive Jones), and one brother (Henry L.). One daughter (Louise Vrolijk) preceded her in death. She was a member of the Warwick River Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held Mar. 11, in charge of Kenneth G. Good, Lloyd Weaver, Jr., and Truman H. Brunk; interment in the church cemetery.
