John Sweetland, 79, died at home in Wilder, VT on Monday, October 22, 2007. John was born in Boston, MA in 1927.
He served in the U S Army, graduated from Dartmouth College and received a Master's Degree from the University of Minnesota.
He was a successful Healthcare Consultant and professor at the University of Minnesota.
He and Joan are longtime residents of Sea Oaks in Vero Beach.
He is survived by wife Joan, son Jeff, daughter Karen Buttrey (Charlie), son John (Deborah) and grandchildren Charlotte, Holly, Nicholas and Thaddeus.
A service will be held on Friday, October 26th at Pine Knoll Cemetery at 1 p.m. in Hanover, NH.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Sabra M. Hamilton Foundation c/o Pete McNerney 4725 Annaway Dr. Edina, MN 55436.
