These were senior living communities, 55 years of age and over. Leisure World in Seal Beach has it's own golf course, store, library, post office and many other ammenties. This senior living community is like a city within a city. He later built the Laguna Hills Leisure World, and at the time of his death he had 7 senior communities across the US.
