Michael Vincent "Mookie" Allen, age 25 of Garland, passed away Friday, August 31st. He was born July 25, 1987 in Garland to parents Randy and Stephanie Allen.
He is survived by his parents; daughter Natalee; brothers Randy and Tyler; grandparents Mahlon and Chis Allen and grandfather Steve Marino; uncles Ronny Allen and Steven Marino; aunts Debbie Morgan, Lanna Halbert and Johna Marino; cousins Nick Allen, Krissy Allen, Ricky Allen, Charlie Morgan, Kenny Morgan, Jayson Halbert, Jarret Halbert, Ashton Marino and Avery Marino.
Michael is preceded by his grandmother Peggy Marino; uncle Ricky Allen; cousins Justin Halbert and Daniel Allen.
Michael was loved by his family and fiends. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent countless hours on his bike and skateboard as a child. He always enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and especially his daughter Natalee. "Mookie" will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 3rd at Williams Funeral Directors. A funeral service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 4th at Williams Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Knights of Honor Cemetery in Blossom, Texas.
