Memorial for the nine anti-fascist fighters murdered during the beginning of the Spanish Civil war. These nine neighbors of the cities of Panxón, Baíña and Baiona, were imprisoned and later murdered in the zone known as A Volta dos Nove. The names of the nine killed are: Manuel Aballe, Felicísimo Antonio Pérez, Elías Alejandro Gonda, Manuel Francisco Lijó, Modesto Fernández, Fidel Leyenda, José Rodríguez, Manuel Barbosa and Generoso Valverde. On October 15, 2005, a bronze sculpture was inaugurated in their memory in the place of their murder, the kilometer 58 in the road from Baiona to A Guarda. This sculpture represents a tree and was surrounded by forty-five laurels.
