The following bio information was left by Dorothy Flannery, the original creator of this memorial:

Patty Jean Ballard, 63 of Fayetteville, Tn.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Claude and Irene Ballard. Also, preceded in death by her twin sister Jane (Ballard) North. Survived by her brother Jimmy and sister, Annie Lou and nieces and nephews. Jean attended Shady Grove elementary school and attended Flintville High School, both in Lincoln Co. Tn .I remember the children at Shady Grove school being so fascinated by our only set of twins there, the Ballard girls.

Note: Ms. Ballard's niece, Karen Mann, reports the following corrections to Ms. Flannery's comments:

Patty Jean did not have a brother. Jimmy is her brother-in-law, who was married to my mother, Annie Jennings, which is a sister to Patty Jean- my Aunt!!! So this write-up is incorrect.
