She was my Father's beloved sister and he was crushed when she died.

My grandmothers obituary from the Morgan Messenger reads:

Mrs. Helen B. Ambrose, 54, wife of James J. Ambrose, ranger at Cacapon State Park, died unexpectedly at her home Monday, September 27.
Born July 2, 1911 in Elkins, she was the daughter of Luella Hicks Tyler and the late Benjamin Tyler.
She attended the Oakland Methodist Church.
Survivors in addition to her husband are a daughter, Mrs. June Tittle, Akron, Ohio; three sons, James R. Ambrose, Stuarts Draft, Va.; Eugene R. Ambrose, Oxon Hill, Md.; Thomas D. Ambrose at home; three brothers, John Tyler, Glendale, Calif.; James E. Tyler, Hawthorn, Calif.; Benjamin Richard Tyler, Newport Beach, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Beck, Marina, Calif.; Mrs. Thelma Corcoran, Salinas, Calif. and six grandchildren.
The body will be removed from the Johnson Funeral Home Friday to the Oakland Methodist Church for services at 2 p.m.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
