Born in Winnebago, Neb., she moved to DeLand from Daytona Beach in 1992. She was a member of the Eight and Forty Club, 10-time president at American Legion Post 50 Auxiliary, a member of the Disabled American Veterans, the Tomola Gem and Mineral Club, the Moose Lodge, and a four-year volunteer for the William V. Chappell Jr. Outpatient Clinic, all of Daytona Beach.
Survivors: husband, Harold K., DeLeon Springs; daughter, Gloria G. Blackwelder, DeLand; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
