Television Producer, Television Writer. As a director and writer, his credits include "The Steve Allen Comedy Hour" and "Roseanne." He performed in Broadway productions and early television dramas, and later wrote for cabaret performers and off-Broadway reviews, including 1961's "Another Evening with Harry Stoones." He also co-created the series "Diff'rent Strokes" and co-wrote the 1984 film "Johnny Dangerously."
