Grandma was born on the Isle of Jersey and came to the United States in 1903 thru Ellis Island. She came to New London in 1916 from Solon, Ohio with her husband, Floyd, son, Ira and daughter Alice.
She was a member of the New London Grange and a faithful "Indians" fan. She knew all the players and the positions they played. While listening to the games on the radio she would crochet beautiful tablecloths.
She was a wonderful cook, everything made from scratch with fresh ingredients from her farm.
She was survived by her husband, Floyd, daughter Alice, son, Ira, six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
