Tammy Lynn Adams, 42, died Saturday, June 22, 2013 in Abilene. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2013 in Elmwood Memorial Park with the Revered Mike Woodard officiating under the direction of Girdner Funeral Home.

Tammy was born November 7, 1970 in Abilene to father, Richard L. King Vallance and mother, Sandra Kay Hollowell. She grew up in Abilene, graduated from Cooper High School and McMurry College with a Bachelor's and Masters degree in Accounting. She loved to play the piano and cook, and enjoyed antiques and sunflowers. She worked as an Accountant and in the medical field. She married Norman N. Adams, Jr. on July 7, 2001 in Abilene.

She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband; a son, Cameron E. King; her mother, Sandra Kay Wheeler; her step-father, Bill F. Wheeler; a sister, Kimberley A. Peck; a brother, Zachary A. Wheeler; a brother, Richard L. King, II; nieces, Kelsey D. Peck and Calynn Wheeler; and nephews, Brett D. Peck and Kyler C. Wheeler.

Arrangements are under the direction of Girdner Funeral Home of Abilene.
