He is survived by two children, Portia, 4, and Logan, 3; his mother and stepfather, Sandra and Brian Mattingly of Aurora; his father, Robert Brandenburg of New Jersey; a stepfather, Tim Michel of Fort Worth, Tx; three sisters, Grace Brandenburg and Shea Mattingly, both of Aurora, Tx; and Brooke Brandenburg of New Jersey; two brothers, Chris Flick of Hurst and T.J. Michel of Fort Worth; grandparents, Rose Chandler Royals of Decatur,Tx.; Robert Wayne Lawhon of Gordonville,Tx.; Charles and Mary Brandenburg of Illinois and Richard and Janis Mattingly of Dallas,Tx.
