Larry Barger, 73, of Paris died Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home. Joyce McNeil of Old Landmark Church where he attended will officiate.
Burial will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Terrance Phifer, Michael and Mark Odom, Ron Marino, Ronnie Scott and John Garner.
Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Barger was born April 7, 1942, in Milan to the late Robert and Dorothy Barger. He was married March 15, 1976, to Elizabeth Burnett Barger, who survives.
Barger retired from Emerson Electric Co., formerly of Paris. A family member said Barger enjoyed his yard, flowers, gardening, and his family and church family.
Barger also is survived by two daughters: Angela (Frankie) Walker and Kimberley Barger and husband Thomas Strickland, both of Paris; four sons: David (Donna) and Danny Fellows, both of Florida, and Michael (Angie) and Mark (Tammy) Odom, both of Paris;
Three sisters: Sue (Johnny) Sapp, Debbie Nunnery and Brenda (Rudy) Scott, all of Milan; and a brother: Johnny (Darlene) Barger.
He was also preceded in death by a brother: Ronnie Barge
