Charles William Dangler, age 92, died Wednesday, 24 February 2010. He was a resident of Adairsville.
Charles was born in Bartow County and lived his his entire life there.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Ruth Clemmons Dangler, daughter, Nettie Kay Swafford, brothers: Harvey Y. Dangler Jr and John E. Dangler, sisters: Mellie Herod, Minnie L. Clemmons, Rossie G. Farmer and Nettie Edwards.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Winfred McCrory of Adairsville, two sons and daughters-in-law, John W. and Donna Dangler of Calhoun, and Danny and Janice Dangler of Adairsville, 11 grandchildren; one special granddaughter, Tracie McCrory Cline, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were held Friday, 26 February 2010 at 7 p.m. at Adairsville Kingdom Hall.
