Alexis was employed with PetSmart as an animal handler for one year, attended Warren G. Harding High School and enjoyed arts and animals. Left to mourn her passing is her loving mother and father; a son; a brother; two sisters; three grandparents; a great great grandfather; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Ezra Lee Cayson Sr. Alexis was one of six teens that died when the 1998 Honda Passport SUV in which she was a passenger veered off the road, hit a guardrail, overturned, and plunged into a swamp, landing upside down in the water.
