European man, aged about 19, a gunshot victim, interred sometime during the years 1607-1620.Body excavated roughly 100 feet south of the boundary of the present Jamestown Memorial Churchyard in 1996 under an old road bed. Formerly known as JR102C, he was tentatively identified in 2013 by historical references as 19 year old George Harrison who was shot and killed in a duel in Jamestown, Virginia by Richard Stephens. His body was forensically analyzed by The Smithsonian Institute before being returned to his original grave.

George was the son of William Harrison and Margaret Gardiner. He came to Jamestown after Aug 1618 from Hertford, England. George was dying as he prepared his will, which was dated 17 Mar 1624. The primary beneficiary was his brother, John Harrison, who lived in London, England. In a letter to John Harrison by George Menifie dated 28 Apr 1624, he was informed of George's death and that he had died 14 days after he was shot in the duel. In his will, George requested to be buried in the Jamestown Churchyard.
