He was married to Cinco Crawley Dickerson
(b 10/20/1900, d 11/3/78)

His nickname was 'Rabbit'. He and Cinco were married Jan. 4, 1922 in Benton County. To my knowledge, they had no children. Mr. Dickerson ran a shoe shine shop in downtown Bentonville for many years and he and his wife both were well respected and loved by the Bentonville community.

Still today, Mr. Dickerson is recognized as an outstanding businessman who was known for his integrity, and each year a Bentonville business person is awarded the Arthur "Rabbit" Dickerson award for outstanding service to the community.

His parents were:
Arch "Bud" Dickerson (born in 1872, in AR)
in the 1920 Census, Bud was living in Bentonville.

Listing as living in Bud's household was his son, Arthur Dickerson.
Also listed was the name 'Klopfenstein', as WIFE; and the name Annie Klopfenstein, as DAUGHTER. It says she was born in 1903 in Kansas.
