Mrs. Evelyn W. Ahlstrom, 79, of 6456 Painesville-Ravenna Road, Painesville, was pronounced dead on arrival at Lake County Memorial Hospital, Painesville, Sunday of a heart condition.
Born in Cleveland on April 10, 1894, a daughter of the late John G. and Wilhelmina Juhnke Woide, Mrs. Ahlstrom was a Painesville resident for 74 years. She lived at her residence in Concord Township for 35 years.
Mrs. Ahlstrom was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur W., in November, 1965. He was foreman at the B & O Roundhouse.
Mrs. Ahlstrom was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Painesville, for 74 years. She was a member of the Ladies Aid, Ladies Guild and Buidling Committee of the church.
